Following a competitive tendering process, cloud contact centre provider Talkdesk has selected BICS to provide global SIP trunking and cloud numbers to its 1,800 strong customer base.
“We’re excited to form this strategic partnership with BICS, an established leader in the global technology services industry,” commented Talkdesk’s Kevin Pierson. “The BICS partnership brings exceptional quality and cost efficiencies, while significantly enhancing our global reach to deliver exceptional customer experiences anywhere in the world.”
BICS’ Divya Ghai Wakankar noted that its global footprint and service assurance capabilities were key factors in winning the contract, along with easy deployment & management and fast integration to cloud-based services via BICS’ SIP Trunking solution. “By providing widespread coverage and guaranteed service availability, we’re helping Talkdesk’s clients to easily scale their operations and improve customer satisfaction,” she said.
