Globe Telecom, which has more than 80 million mobile voice, data, broadband and enterprise customers in The Philippines – has extended its relationship with Netcracker to support sales and delivery operations for its B2C and B2B customers. Netcracker will continue to provide professional services such as application development, release and support activities but will also help Globe evolve its platform to digital lead-to-cash automation, to support SDN/NFV adoption, as well as to integrate and support new technologies.
