Teresa Cottam is one of the telecoms industry’s most respected authorities on customer experience, service innovation and revenue strategy. For three decades she’s challenged the thinking of Tier-1telcos, infrastructure giants, vendors and private-equity investors. She spent fifteen years as senior analyst and practice leader at Ovum (now Omdia), Informa, Analysys Mason, and Chorleywood Consulting, authoring landmark reports and advising boards worldwide.

Today she’s Chief Analyst at Omnisperience, the independent research firm she founded to reshape how the industry thinks about 2035 and beyond. A regular contributor to TM Forum research, her latest paper, Humanizing AI, became one of the most downloaded
in TM Forum history.

Morgan is the primary research
manager at Omnisperience,
responsible for in-depth research
amongst digital service providers,
enterprises and SMEs. Morgan
also takes care of operational
issues at both Omnisperience and
Burnt Lands Publishing.

Angharad Rhiannon is a research analyst at
Omnisperience and runs our social media.
She is also the publisher of Burnt Lands' literary
imprint and The Bad Poet Society Magazine.
She previously worked as a freelance journalist
specialising in understanding the needs of Gen Z
customers, technology in emerging markets and
streaming media. She started her journalism
career interning at Advanced Television.

Colin Mann is a Senior Analyst who specialises in the media industry. He has worked for a diverse range of clients, including satellite TV channels, telcos, cable
MSOs, as well as investment houses and advertising agencies. He is a Fellow of the Society for Broadband Professionals (the SCTE), and a member of both the Royal Television Society and Broadcasting Press Guild. Colin is a judge for the British Association for Screen Entertainment (BASE) Awards and the GSMA Global Mobile Awards (GloMo’s).
