Overview of Calvi
Calvi was founded in 2001 by Leo van der Heijden and is headquartered in The Netherlands (Nederhemert-Zuid) and Canada (Toronto). It provides customer communications management software including electronic bill presentment (EBPP), e-invoicing and telecom expense management (TEM).
Calvi provides tooling that enables DSPs to provide clear and easy to digest bill information for B2G, B2B and B2C customers. In the B2G sector it provides e-invoicing. For the B2B sector it has developed an intuitive and fully WCAG 2.1 compliant self-service bill presentment portal, which can be enhanced with its telecoms expense management (TEM) features. Calvi’s Adaptive Communications and Integration modules are targetted at the B2C sector, allowing for personalised & relevant bill communications and easy integration with legacy billing systems. It also enables customers that have an enquiry to raise a ‘dispute’ from within the digital portal itself, obviating the need to move to another channel.
The company is privately owned and does not disclose financial results. Its customers include VodafoneZiggo, Vodafone Germany, T-Mobile, Proximus, and KPN.
