Teresa Cottam is the Chief Analyst at Omnisperience. She has over 25 years’ experience in the telecoms and technology markets and is a renowned expert on customer experience, SME and enterprise telecoms. Teresa also has considerable vertical market expertise, which she uses to help B2B service providers understand the needs of different types of customers.
She previously held senior positions at Analysys Mason, Chorleywood Consulting (Informa) and Ovum. She is a judge of the GSMA Global Mobile Awards (GloMo’s) for customer experience and enterprise innovation, and for the UK Cloud awards.

Colin is a Senior Analyst at Omnisperience providing verticalised expertise in the media industry for our service provider clients. He has worked for a diverse range of clients, including satellite TV channels, telcos, cable MSOs, as well as investment houses and advertising agencies.
Colin is a Fellow of the Society for Broadband Professionals (the SCTE), and a member of both the Royal Television Society and Broadcasting Press Guild. Colin is a judge for the British Association for Screen Entertainment (BASE) Awards and for the GSMA Global Mobile Awards (GloMo’s) for Innovation in Media & Entertainment.
