Teresa Cottam
Chief Analyst

Teresa Cottam is the Chief Analyst at Omnisperience. She has over 25 years’ experience in the telecoms and technology markets and is a renowned expert on customer experience, SME and enterprise telecoms. Teresa also has considerable vertical market expertise, which she uses to help B2B service providers understand the needs of different types of customers.

She previously held senior positions at Analysys Mason, Chorleywood Consulting (Informa) and Ovum. She is a judge of the GSMA Global Mobile Awards (GloMo’s) for customer experience and enterprise innovation, and for the UK Cloud awards.

Colin Mann
Senior Associate

Colin is a Senior Analyst at Omnisperience providing verticalised expertise in the media industry for our service provider clients. He has worked for a diverse range of clients, including satellite TV channels, telcos, cable MSOs, as well as investment houses and advertising agencies.

Colin is a Fellow of the Society for Broadband Professionals (the SCTE), and a member of both the Royal Television Society and Broadcasting Press Guild. Colin is a judge for the British Association for Screen Entertainment (BASE) Awards and for the GSMA Global Mobile Awards (GloMo’s) for Innovation in Media & Entertainment.

Danny Dicks
Principal Analyst

Danny covers is a well-known telecoms analyst from his work with Analysys Mason, boutique analyst house Innovation Observatory, and as a contributing analyst for Heavy Reading. Danny has written reports on subjects ranging from smart cities to connected drones, and cloud computing to enterprise mobile networks. He has undertaken research-based B2B consulting and developed wholesale strategies for telecom service providers.

Sami Gharres
Senior Analyst

Sami is a Senior Analyst focusing on operational support systems, IT security and fraud detection. He previously worked for major telecoms vendors such as Nokia, as well as for boutique consultancies. He has hands-on experience with a wide variety of tier 0 and tier 1 telecoms service providers and understands the real-life challenges they face to transform their operations.
