Teresa Cottam is the Chief Analyst at Omnisperience. She has over 25 years’ experience in the telecoms and technology markets and is a renowned expert on SME and enterprise telecoms. Teresa also has considerable vertical market expertise, which she uses to help B2B service providers understand the needs of different types of customers. Teresa’s research domain is billing & charging, bundling & packaging, pricing, customer experience, customer service, and customer satisfaction. She previously held senior positions at Analysys Mason, Chorleywood Consulting (Informa) and Ovum. She is a judge of the GSMA Global Mobile Awards (GloMo’s) for customer experience and enterprise innovation, and for the UK Cloud awards.

Principal Analyst Security and Storage
Kevin makes Omnisperience work from a commercial and operational perspective, overseeing our sales and marketing teams, but he’s also a subject matter expert in his own right, focusing on cyber security, storage and privacy. Previously Kevin was the Research Director for European Security Software at IDC, covering a wide portfolio including secure content and threat management (Endpoint, Messaging, Web and Network), data loss prevention, identity and access management (IAM), and security and vulnerability management (SVM). He has also worked in a wide range of companies in senior analytical, strategic and GTM roles including BAE System Applied Intelligence and Symantec. Kevin is a judge for the GSMA Global Mobile Awards (GloMo’s) for Authentication & Security.

Colin Mann is a Senior Analyst at Omnisperience. He provides verticalised expertise in the media industry for our service provider clients. With nearly 40 years’ experience as a media and communications industry consultant and commentator, he has worked for a diverse range of clients including satellite TV channels, telcos, cable MSOs, as well as investment houses and advertising agencies. His research interests include European copyright issues, digital media, and content protection and monetisation. He is a Fellow of the Society for Broadband Professionals (the SCTE), and a member of both the Royal Television Society and Broadcasting Press Guild. He is a judge for the British Association for Screen Entertainment (BASE) Awards and for the GSMA Global Mobile Awards (GloMo’s) for Innovation in Media & Entertainment.

Danny covers billing, charging, pricing and bundling at Omnisperience, as well as the Fintech and professional service verticals. He is a well-known telecoms analyst, initially working with Analysys Mason and later with the boutique analyst house Innovation Observatory, and as a contributing analyst for Heavy Reading. Danny has written reports on subjects ranging from smart cities to connected drones, and cloud computing to enterprise mobile networks. He has undertaken research-based B2B consulting and developed wholesale strategies for telecom service providers. Outside telecoms, and when not enjoying a pint of real ale, Danny works as a survey designer, data analyst and event rapporteur in multiple sectors including healthcare, nature conservation and fashion.
Morgan is responsible for our primary research amongst digital service providers, enterprises and SMEs. He has five years’ of experience working in primary research in the telecoms sector, and his current domain research is IoT.
