Vietnamobile has a signed a multi-year extension deal with CSG for customer billing, mediation and settlement operations. The company has been one of the fastest growing B2C mobile communications operators in Vietnam since it was established. CEO Christina Hui says this growth is being fuelled by product innovation and best-in-class customer experiences.
“Our rapid transition to digital mobile services across Vietnam is fueling an explosive wave of customer growth and demand,” said Hui. “CSG has been our trusted technology provider for many years. We are excited to grow this relationship and leverage their leadership to help position us as the leading wireless services provider across Vietnam.”
Ian Watterson, head of CSG’s Asia-Pacific business said his company were proud to continue their work with Vietnamobile and to support its continued growth and innovation going forward.
