Enreach expands UK presence

Buys Midlands-based B2B reseller Network Telecom

Consolidation in the reseller market continues apace. Dutch holding company Enreach, which is backed by Waterland, announced today it has acquired Midlands-based Network Telecom.
Network Telecom provides business telephony, hosted voice, lines & calls, connectivity, mobile and IT services to approximately 2,000 small businesses in the UK from its base in Telford. It grew 10% year-on-year and had revenues of over £17 million per annum upon acquisition.
Enreach, previously known as Within Reach, is the parent company of Voiceworks, Swyx, Centile and ipnordic. It has operations in Germany, the Netherlands and France, 650 employees and activities in 25 countries. Its CEO, Stijn Nijhuis, commented: “The acquisition will extend our UK ecosystem, local expertise and resources, which will benefit our partners. Network Telecom currently delivers its business through the direct channel and the goal will be to create joint proposals for Enreach’s channel business and partners based on both feedback from Network Telecom and our current UK partners. We are therefore very pleased to be able to add Network Telecom to our group.”
