MVNE Line Carrier acquires telecoms operator business of Fujitsu Finland

Deal expected to close 1 February 2020

MVNE Line Carrier Oy has announced the acquisition of Fujitsu Finland’s telecommunications business to strenghten its position in the Finnish market. Line Carrier, which was founded in 2008 and is an SFG Yhtiot company, has acquired the EUR7 million unit on undisclosed terms – effectively doubling the size of its revenues.
“The transaction will give us the necessary scale and technical resources to fulfil our alternative service concept to enterprises compared to the existing market offering,” commented SFG Yhtiot’s CEO Niko Tarjasalo “helping us create a versatile platform for our telecom service provider partners”.
SFG Yhtiot is a privately-held Finnish company that owns and develops telecoms solutions for the private and public sectors.
