Netcracker has announced an expanded relationship with French operator Bouygues Telecom, which has upgraded to Netcracker Digital BSS, and extended its use of Netcracker Professional Services.
“As a key part of our growth strategy, we wanted to work with a partner that could deliver a modernised revenue management suite to enable us expand into new digital services and monetise these offerings quickly,” explained Olivier Heitz, CIO at Bouygues Telecom.
Yaniv Zilberman, VP Sales at Netcracker Europe said Netcracker was delighted to continue its relationship with Bouygues Telecom and support its future expansion plans and new service rollouts.
Explaining the value of his company’s offering to digital service providers Zilberman says: “Netcracker’s BSS services and solutions help launch new products, collect and grow revenue, expand partner ecosystems and provide world class experiences. Our Digital BSS automate the entire customer lifecycle from discovery, shopping, ordering and billing through to payment and maintenance for traditional, next-generation and value-added B2B2X services”. This, he says, will enable customers such as Bouygues Telecom to access new revenue sources while accelerating time to launch and scaling new lines of business, such as IoT, 5G, cloud applications and virtualised services.
