Sweden’s Subtonomy has announced that a Tier1 European CSP is deploying its SubSearch and CorpDash applications to deliver better support for its B2C and B2B customers in their channel of choice.
The solution will enable the CSP to provide a more accurate, personalised and realtime service experience for its subscribers, while at the same time making call centre staff more efficient – impacting key performance indicators such as wait times and time-to-resolve.
Fredrik Edwall, EVP Sales and Marketing, said he was “thrilled” to be working with the unnamed CSP, noting the system was already in operation. “We’ve received great feedback from the end users at technical customer care and we’re looking forward to a continuous close collaboration,” he said.
Subtonomy was founded in 2012 in Sweden and sells its customer service assurance platform across Europe – with a particular strength in the Nordics. Its platform is used to improve customer support – ensuring that CSRs, self-service and even bots work from the same realtime network performance data to deliver consistency across all support channels.
