Overview of Cerillion

Cerillion (Cerillion Technologies) has almost 30 years’ experience in telecoms billing, having been founded in 1999 as a management buy-out of the customer care and billing division of Logica. This division, founded in 1992, had concentrated on providing enterprise billing solutions which means Cerillion is well-versed in the requirements for hierarchical billing.

Since that time, Cerillion has grown its customer base to over 90 customers in 40 countries, acquired more OSS functionality, launched a cloud-native SaaS product (Cerillion Skyline) and has had an IPO (AIM:CER).

At the core of Cerillion’s offering is an integrated BSS/OSS solution that provides convergent charging, billing, CRM, self-service capabilities, network inventory, enterprise product catalog, order management, service management and provisioning.

Cerillion is headquartered in London and had revenues of £20.8 million in FY2020, up 11% on the previous year. Customers include 3UK, Astrid, BTC Bahamas, C&W Communications, Gibtelecom, GO, Manx Telecom, MVN-X, OpenNet, Sure, Swan, Truphone and Vocus Communications.
