Vodafone UK partners with Digitalk

Selects Digitalk’s platform to support MVNO customers

Vodafone UK has selected Digitalk’s mobile service platform to support its growth in the MVNO sector. It will use Digitalk’s Mobile Cloud platform to provide key services such as payment, customer promotions and lifecycle campaigns to its MVNO customers. Digitalk’s dedicated web services will help Vodafone simplify the process of onboarding new customers.

Digitalk’s MVNE-as-a-Service platform supports MVNOs and sub-brands for both Full and Light MVNO models. The platform delivers fully integrated resource, product, subscriber and business management capabilities, including real-time charging, policy control, billing and customer care, business intelligence and campaigns management.

Vishal Dixit, Strategy & Wholesale Director, explained that Vodafone UK chose Digitalk because it provides a “reliable platform”. He said the Digitalk service would play an important role in Vodafone’s MVNO expansion plans
