Israeli cybersecurity risk management firm Orchestra Group has acquired Netformx for an undisclosed sum. This marks Orchestra Group’s third acquisition since the company was founded in 2018.
Netformx, which was founded in 1994, has a number of major CSPs as clients – including AT&T, Bell Canada, Optus and Telstra. Its technology includes network discovery and design capabilities, which Orchestra says will enable its information security platform to more readily discover network vulnerabilities.
Orchestra’s intent is to provide a “holistic cyber risk management and operations platform” which incorporates discovery, analysis, artificial intelligence and automation. The platform calculates risks and recommends mitigations, providing an actionable, prioritised cyber risk resilience blueprint for its customers.
Orchestra previously acquired CyIoT and Cronus – both Israeli startups.
