Altice moves revenue mgt to the Cloud – with a little help from Netcracker

Operator will work with Netcracker to move its BSS to the cloud

Altice has selected Netcracker Cloud BSS, as well as Netcracker Professional Services, to enhance its revenue management capabilities in the Dominican Republic, France, Israel, Portugal and the US.

Netcracker Cloud BSS will be deployed on AWS to provide Altice with cloud-native technology and evergreen updates. Netcracker will also provide a comprehensive range of services, including analysis, design, integration, migration, DevOps, cloud operations and training. Its consultants will help Altice migrate, integrate and operate the solution at its subsidiaries worldwide. Netcracker says the new solution is expected to minimise costs, increase billing accuracy, shorten time to market and improve order-to-cash timescales for new services.
