Vivo chooses Netcracker for B2B transformation

Brazilian operator Vivo extends its relationship with Netcracker

The Brazilian operator Vivo – a subsidiary of Telefonica – has selected Netcracker as the transformation partner for its B2B offering. The transformation is aimed at improving the B2B experience and enabling greater agility and innovation for Vivo in the enterprise space.
The transformation will begin with Vivo’s lead-to-order processes where it will adopt Netcracker’s CPQ, telesales, ecommerce, product catalog and application management offerings.
Netcracker says that a key benefit of the new solution will be to enable Vivo to cut the time to deliver converged offerings to its business customers.
Netcracker has a long-standing partnership with Vivo, announcing in October 2017 a three-year extension of its relationship with the Brazilian operator until 2020. Vivo has 97 million fixed line, mobile, TV and broadband subscribers in Brazil. It uses Netcracker’s BSS platform to support billing for B2C and B2B for more than 35 million subscribers.
