Overview of CSGi

Founded in 1982 as First Data, CSG became CSG Holdings in 1994. It is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, USA and provides BSS solutions such as revenue management, digital monetisation, payments and customer engagement solutions – primarily to the telecommunications industry. The company went public in 1996 and has a strong history in cable with an early contract with TCI being influential in its early growth. The company has grown its portfolio through acquisition, acquiring some of the leading BSS companies of the day including the Kenan assets from Lucent (2002), ICMS from IBM (2002), Intec (2010) and Volubill assets (2013). The company now operates in more than 130 countries worldwide.
